Your Journey, Your Story
Life can feel messy and unpredictable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to go next, therapy is a space where we can untangle the knots together and chart a course forward.
Meet Rebecca
Therapist, human, and purveyor of perfectly timed humor. (Don’t worry, I’ll keep the dad jokes to a minimum.)
I’m Rebecca Bernstein (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California, specializing in virtual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and those sticky relationship dynamics that keep you up at night.
What sets me apart? I blend genuine warmth and compassion with a healthy dose of realness. Therapy with me feels like sitting down with someone who truly gets it—someone who isn’t afraid to laugh with you when the moment calls for it and hold space for the harder stuff when it doesn’t.
As a therapist, I believe in:
Connection
Feeling seen and understood is the foundation of healing.
Virtual Talk Therapy
I’ll tell it like it is—with kindness.
Humor
Because growth doesn’t have to be all tears and tissues.
